This time, we would like to inform you about the check-in procedure at our hotel!
Since we are an unmanned hotel, we ask our guests to check-in by themselves.
The check-in procedure is as follows

(1) Japanese nationals　
　① Japanese nationals: Read the QR on the tablet at the front desk (left side) and complete the check-in procedures.
　
(2) Non-Japanese nationals
　① Scan the QR on the tablet (left side) at the front desk and complete the check-in procedures.
　② Use the tablet at the front desk (right side) to confirm your passport through the online procedure (Skype).

[Check-in and check-out times are from 16:00 to 22:00.]

Check-in hours are from 16:00 to 22:00.
For security reasons, we ask that you contact us at least one day in advance if you wish to check in after 22:00.
(Please note that if you do not contact us, we will not be able to check you in after 22:00.)

Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries after 22:00 or Skype calls required for passport verification in one call.
In that case, we will be sure to call you back, so please wait there for a few

minutes.

*Please be sure to check the e-mail we will send you in advance, which will include instructions on how to enter the entrance.
